Is there a minimum order size?
For pickup & delivery, the minimum is 10 lbs. Most single loads are 8-12 lbs, so one bag usually covers it. No minimum for drop-off at our store.
How does pickup work?
Schedule your pickup — it takes 30 seconds. Leave your bag with your doorman or we'll pick up from your door. We'll text when we're 15 minutes away and when your laundry is ready.
What areas do you serve?
Free pickup and delivery throughout Manhattan, Roosevelt Island, and Long Island City. Same-day service available with morning pickup.
Will my delicate items be safe?
Absolutely. We sort every bag by fabric type and care instructions. Delicates get mesh bags and gentle cycles. We're fully licensed and insured — your clothes are in safe hands.
Can you handle delicates or dry-clean-only items?
Yes. Mark items "special care" in the app or on your bag tag. Delicates are washed in mesh bags on a gentle cycle. Dry-clean-only items go to our trusted partner cleaners at no extra handling fee.
Do you specialize in Dry Cleaning?
Yes! We offer full dry cleaning services — shirts, suits, dresses, coats, cashmere, and more. Just include dry-clean items in your pickup bag and we'll handle the rest. Pricing starts at $5 for a washed & pressed shirt.
